During our initial meeting, we will discuss your specific areas of concern, and you can assess if we are the right client/therapist fit. From there, we can create your personalized treatment plan and discuss scheduling appointments that work into your weekly life.

Rates & Insurance

Rates:

  • Typical Insurance Copays: $20-$40
  • Therapy Session Fee: $135+ (out-of-network)
  • ADHD Coaching Fees: $125

Insurance

I accept and am In-Network with the following:

  • Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Blue Choice, Cigna, Evernorth, United, UMR, Optum.
  • I will file all in-network insurance claims on your behalf and wait for the assigned insurance payment. You are responsible for any deductibles or copays/co-insurance billable to your credit card on file.

Out-of-Network

  • Check your benefits for a partial percentage reimbursement (typically 40-70%)
  • Unable to accept any EAP, HMOs, Medicare, or Zellis Payment Systems (time-of-service payment required)
  • Out-of-network claims paperwork submitted for you in most cases

Some critical questions to ask your insurance provider:

  • Do I have mental/behavioral health insurance benefits?
  • What is my mental health deductible, and has it been met? 
  • Do I have copays or co-insurance?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
