I am a private practice Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), and Life Coach based in Chicago, Illinois, serving clients worldwide through online video TeleHealth. As your therapist/coach, I prioritize creating a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes growth and positive change for you. Treatment Approach

For most people, video conferencing is a surprisingly effective medium for counseling and coaching. As a therapist/coach, I operate exactly the same regardless of whether it’s an online or an in-person session, and the major convenience factor is hard to ignore.

I use a variety of evidence-based approaches to address your specific needs but lean into (mindfulness-based) Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance/Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused therapies. More important than any theoretical approach is that you feel understood and we maintain a solid therapeutic relationship with mutual understanding, respect, and honesty.

Additionally, a growing body of research supports the practice of self-compassion and mindfulness in psychotherapy. Neuroscience research reveals that individuals who practice these techniques are happier, more resilient, and better equipped to heal painful memories from the past. My mission is to help my clients overcome what’s blocking them from reaching their full potential individually and in their relationships.
